Is My ALAMO Booking Cancellable?

Need to void your booking with ALAMO?

Once you obtain your booking number, your reservation is considered final.

You’re permitted to cancel without a cost within 24 hours of making the booking, unless the booking was made less than 48 hours before the pickup time.

After the initial fee-free 24-hour period, cancellations are still possible but will incur charges:

  • Cancel no later than 14 days prior to the booking commencement: A 35€ fee will be applied.
  • Cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before the booking begins: A 75€ fee will be imposed.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of your reservation: Fees will amount to the full cost of your booking.

The fee amount mentioned above, as listed on 03/08/2023, is subject to change.

How to submit a complaint with ALAMO?
