Contacting the Lost and Found service at GARE DE GAND SAINT-PIERRE?

If upon completion of your train journey, you arrive at GARE DE GAND SAINT-PIERRE and realize that you have misplaced a personal item:

You are allowed to report the loss using this loss report form.

When completing the form, you will need to describe the lost item, provide details that may help identify it, attach a picture if possible, and include the color of the item.

Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the form.

Once the item is found, you will be notified via email by the lost and found service.

The notification will inform you that you have a 7-day period to collect it from the station where it was found.

Unable to visit that station? You also have 7 days to request the item to be forwarded to a station of your choice, however, a fee of 5€ will be applied.

After 50 days, if your property has not been found, the search will be terminated. If you have not retrieved your item within this 50-day period, it will then be donated to a charity.
